iPhoto (Project 365/2010)
Cameron was playing around on his MacBook this morning. He took a picture of himself with iPhoto and then distorted it around. I couldn't help but LMBO.

Cameron's New Toy (Project 365/2010)
Along with Cameron's new school comes a new toy. I use the term loosely, because in all honesty, it is a HUGE responsibility. This year all 5th and 6th graders got a 13" MacBook for $46.xx a month (or other payment options). They are using them in class, doing homework with it at night, and I can't tell you how wonderful I think it is. Cameron is pretty stoked about it too.

Simple Woman's Daybook
FOR TODAY...November 2nd
Outside my window...night has fallen, but the day was beautiful.
I am thinking...about how fast children grow up. It is so completely unfair.
I am thankful for...TRULY thankful for my TLBS woman, who helped me realize a few things regarding my lack of forgiveness for Denice.
I am wearing...pajamas.
I am remembering...how great Grandma looked the last time I saw her. You just can't keep a strong women down for long.
I am creating...nothing.
I am going...to clean my stove, which has caked on oatmeal from a spillover.
I am reading...Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde.
I am praying...for an open heart and that God would work on it in regards to forgiving Denice.
On my mind...finances.
Noticing that...I use to complain about hating Tuesday's. HA! That has all changed since glee entered my life. ;) One hour!
Pondering these words...I am who God says I am. I am who the Bible says I am. THANK YOU Vicki for those words this morning. I needed your kind words and that AMAZING hug.
From the kitchen...dinner is done and the kitchen is closed, now it needs a cleaning.
Around the house...children are running amuck!
One of my favorite things...birthday parties! We're throwing Peyton's next week.
A few plans for the rest of the week: running children to and from school, cleaning for Peyton's party next week, Stampin' and ... pretty much nothing else.
From my picture journal...Peyton running down a grassy hill at our church after bible study.

Light Saber Safety (Project 365/2010)
Cameron is very much like his Mama. He LOVES to be scared, watch scary things (I've only ever allowed him to watch 1 horror movie and completely regretted it afterwards), but is the biggest scaredy cat around. He, like his Mama, hears noises, and it's so wonder my dear Hubby ever gets any sleep between Cameron and I asking him to check out things that go bump in the night. Recently Cameron has been moving his bed at night, closer to his bedroom door. He is also sleeping with his light sabers. Tell me that isn't hilarious?

Happy 3rd Birthday Peyton (Project 365/2010)
Three years ago God answered my prayers and blessed me with a beautiful daughter. She is truly the apple of my eye. She is a diva, and I LOVE it. I pray she never feels towards me the way I feel toward Denice. I pray that when she looks back on her life, she knows just how much I adore her and would do anything for her. I pray she and I have the mother daughter relationship I always yearned for. I pray she never has my self-esteem issues, that she is confident in all she does, that she knows the value of her worth, and never settles for anything else. Above all, I pray she doesn't wander the earth for twenty plus years without a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.Peyton's party isn't until next weekend, when we have a 4 day weekend for Veteran's Day, so I asked Pretty what she would like for her birthday dinner. Her response, of course, was, "Sketti" (spaghetti) and we picked Olive Garden because they will sing to you.
She cracked us up when she blew her candle out before we even started the song, and then shared with her a delicious (and too chocolaty) cake.
